Meet Our Human Resources lead consultant

Richard Frost

I gained multi-national organisational experience where I managed global teams delivering Talent Acquisition, Learning and Organisational Development across EMEA, US and Asia.

In addition, I led teams to deliver complex commercial projects in various engineering and manufacturing organisations.   I have experience in manufacturing, engineering, utilities, food, retail, charity, fast-growth tech and technical services.

Since we began People Perform in 2017, I have led various projects and teams in interim contracts and standalone assignments, utilising the experience and knowledge gained in these environments.

I have continued investing in my development, recently qualifying in The Five Behaviors, Clarity4d and Prince 2.  I am comfortable in many environments and cultures, having worked in the US, Europe and Asia managing global teams. 
 I understand the impact of great hiring, talent management and OD on an organisation’s people, profitability and growth.
